Alemtek is a family company in Nybro, Sweden, founded in 2000. We supply wire suspension for lighting, acoustics and signage to manufacturers, distributors and installers across Europe.
Nybro sits in a forested region of Småland with deep industrial roots in glass and wood. Alemtek started by making customised metal parts for local industry, and grew from there into wire suspension for the European lighting, acoustics and signage markets.
Most of our customers come to us with a problem rather than an article number: a luminaire that will not hang level, an acoustic panel that is difficult to suspend, a sign that has to be adjusted for height on site. We work back from the object – weight, material, attachment points, drop length – and specify from there.
Where a standard gripper, wire ending or attachment does the job, we say so. Where it doesn’t, we develop one.
